POLICO DESIGN sells digital templates that are delivered as instant downloads. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or the purchase has been completed.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from downloading or accessing your files, please reach out to us. We will do our best to help you access your purchase as quickly as possible.
